The EWSWA is a lead partner of the annual Earth Day event at Malden Park in Windsor. Bring your kids (and dogs) and come spend some time with everyone to honour Mother Nature.

Earth Day 2024

Come join the free Earth Day celebration at Malden Park in Windsor:

• Sunday, April 21st, 2024
• 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
• 4200 Malden Road in Windsor

Lots of fun acitvities are planned, as well as some special appearances!

• Fun and festivities for all ages - free event
• Environmental exhibits / food vendors (food for purchase)
• Sciensational Snakes - special guests
• Interactive games, free play, and a theatre presentation
• Prizes and giveaways - win a cool sustainability kit or a free bike
• Lots of learning, laughing and maybe a little bit of treehugging!
• Onsite Hydration Station: Bring Your Own Water Bottle

High school student volunteers are needed to assist at this event, so if you are interesting in earning some community hours, please consider volunteering for Earth Day. 

BYOB: Bring Your Own Bag - everyone has lots of extra bags  hanging around. Remember bring yours to Earth Day just in case you purchase/pick up something. This is garbage free event, where possible.
