Depot Fees and Frees

At the Public Drop Off and Transfer Station #2 some materials are "free" to drop off and some materials you will be charged a "fee" to drop off. Note: The Regional Recycling Depot is not included in the information below as it only accepts materials for recycling from residents - free of charge. However, there are fees for some materials that are dropped off at Regional Recycling Depot.

Both the 2024 Fees and the 2025 Fees are included below. Note: There is an increase for 2025 for residential garbage: Residents can drop off 4 loads at $7.00 ea per year if the load is 0-100 kg. After 4 loads, there is a flat fee of $10.00 each. If the load is over 100 kg, $10.50 per 100 kg.
