Blue Box Recycling (Residents & Eligible Sources)

Starting August 28, 2024 the Blue Box Recycling Program is no longer administered by the Essex-Windsor Solid Waste Authority (EWSWA). Legislative changes have shifted this provincial program’s responsibility to Producers of paper and packaging products. Circular Materials is administering this program on behalf of Producers and has hired Green For Life Environmental Services Inc. to provide collection services for the residential recycling program of Essex-Windsor. Residents are encouraged to continue to be great recyclers.
