Customer Service Support

There are three ways to access Customer Service Support:

  1. Green Bin Inquires/Issues:
    • County Residents: Call 1-800-563-3377 / or visit portal below. 
    • City Residents: Call 311
  2. Report An Issue (for all EWSWA programs): There is a form (below) for feedback on all EWSWA programs. 
  3. Blue Box Recycling: The information will direct you to GFL, who is contracted to collect residential recycling for Circular Materials.
