Apply for an Account

If you are an organization/business that wants to set-up a payment account for the disposal of waste at the Essex-Windsor Regional Landfill, the Windsor Pubic Drop Off, or Transfer Station #2 - there are two types of accounts available:

  1. Credit Account (business must qualify for this account): A credit application must be filled out in full, including three (3) references with whom you already have established credit
  2. Drawdown: Funds are added to an account prior to the delivery of material and loads are deducted from that amount as they come in.

Account Set Up Time: Typical set up time to establish an account is two (2) weeks from date the application is received.

  • It is at the EWSWA’s discretion to approve and establish business accounts.
  • There are two ways to apply for credit - downloadable form or online form. 
  • Downloadable: The form can be downloaded, completed at your convenience and emailed back to EWSWA.
  • Online: You will fill out the form entirely online. A pdf of your submission will be emailed to you upon completion. 
  • Please have your references ready before filling out the credit application form below, or submitting the online credit application (also below). 
  • The downloadable credit application should be completed and emailed back to AR@ewswa.org
